Harborside Psych

Telehealth Behavioral Health in Massachusetts

Harborside Psychiatrics delivers psychiatric nurse practitioner and therapy care to patients across Massachusetts, entirely by video. Every service the practice offers, from medication management to nutrition support, is available here.

You do not have to drive to an office or sit in a waiting room to see a prescriber or a therapist. Appointments happen over secure video, from wherever you are in Massachusetts, on a schedule built around your life rather than a commute.

Our team is based on Cape Cod, and we work with adults across the Commonwealth, from Provincetown to Pittsfield. This page lays out exactly what we can do for you here, how the clinician matching works, and what a first appointment looks like, so you know what you are getting before you book anything.

Care available in Massachusetts

Massachusetts is the one state where the full scope of what Harborside offers is available in a single practice. Each service below can be provided to a patient who is physically located in Massachusetts at the time of the appointment.

What we cannot offer here

There is nothing to hold back on this page. Patients in Massachusetts can access medication management, functional psychiatry, therapy, eating disorder treatment, ADHD medication management, and nutrition and dietitian services, with no restriction on controlled medications. If you have visited one of our pages for another state and noticed a service missing, that limit is specific to that state’s rules and does not apply here.

How telehealth works across state lines

Licensure in behavioral health telehealth follows the patient’s physical location at the time of the visit, not their mailing address or where they grew up. A few practical points make this easier to plan around:

Towns and regions we work with

We work with patients across Massachusetts, from Cape Cod to the Berkshires. Wherever you are in the state, the same clinicians, the same scheduling, and the same fees apply. Find the page for your part of the state:

Finding the right clinician

Medication management and functional psychiatry are performed by psychiatric nurse practitioners: Rachel Egan, RN PMHNP-BC, clinical director, Emily Pardue, RN PMHNP-BC, and Kirstin Ritchie, RN PMHNP-BC. Each is qualified to evaluate, diagnose, and prescribe for mental health conditions, including ADHD and, where clinically appropriate, other controlled medications.

Therapy and eating disorder work are delivered by our licensed therapy team: Hannah Legesse, LICSW, Tori Mahoney, LMHC, Jacquelyn Duford, LCMHC ATR, and Lexie Carchedi, LCSW. Jacquelyn is also a registered art therapist, for patients who want that approach as part of their care.

Full bios and credentials for every clinician are on our team page. When you request an appointment, our office will help match you with the clinician whose focus fits what you are looking for.

What it costs

Harborside is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly for appointments. Current fees for an initial and a follow-up appointment are listed on our pricing page, and questions about cost can be answered before anything is booked.

Crisis and emergency support in Massachusetts

Harborside provides scheduled outpatient care and does not offer emergency or after-hours services. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
